-Why do pre-orders?

As a small artist, pre-orders allow me to better determine how much of a product to order. Frequent trips to the post office can be difficult, and pre-orders allow me to fulfill orders in batches, only needing one big trip.

 

-Why does my order take so long to ship?

I keep pre-orders open for two weeks. After pre-orders close, it can take 2-3 weeks for production and shipping from the manufacturer, but I will typically ship items within a week of receiving them.

 

-When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped within a week of me receiving the items from the manufacturer. USPS delivery times vary, but average around 3-5 days for US orders. International orders may take 1+ weeks.

 

-My order never arrived, what would I do?

If it has been over a month, please reach out to me through the contact form or DM me on one of my social medias (linked below), and provide me with your name, email and/or order number.

 

-My order arrived damaged!

If the item is damaged, please reach out through one of the methods listed above and provide pictures of the item and the package it arrived in. A replacement may be sent for free. (Even if you are not looking for a replacement, I would still like to know if this occurs!)

 

-I received the wrong items.

Sorry for the mix-up! Please contact me through one of the methods listed above and I will send you the correct items. Returning the incorrect items is not necessary.

 

-Can I place more than one order during the pre-order window?

Yes! Your orders will be combined into one package unless you request otherwise or the addresses are different.

 

-How many things can I buy?

As many as you want! Since this shop runs on pre-orders, there is no limit to how many of an item you can buy. Keep in mind, it may raise your shipping cost.

 

-How do I pay?

You can pay with PayPal or Stripe. Transactions are encrypted and I will not be given any information about your card or bank information.

 

-Where can I follow you?

I’m on Instagram, Twitter, and Tumblr! If you post your purchase, feel free to tag me!

 

-Do you take commissions?

My commissions are pretty much always open. My prices and ToS are available in pinned posts on my social media, as well as my Ko-Fi!

 

-Can I reach out with questions/suggestions for your store?

Absolutely! I am a small creator, and any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

Tracking Information

Orders are sent from Illinois, USA with First-Class Mail through USPS. Domestic orders come with tracking, international orders are untracked.
